The hard to please singer/songwriter Chilli was allegedly dating singer El DeBarge, when he was admitted into rehab for a drug addiction. Chilli's hit VH1 show is so popular because her standards are extremely hard to meet. It's surprising that "former drug addict" wasn't on her list...............
